Credentials Administrative Services has been in business for decades in the health care administration field. Specializing in the detailed processes of credentialing and payer enrollment services, we pride ourselves on our confidentiality, accountability and satisfaction.

We began from the vision and knowledge of the time-consuming processes for the healthcare community to research and verify certifications, obtain primary source documentation, coordinate, follow-up and finalize extensive amounts of paperwork. Sometimes these processes are difficult to accomplish to meet the revenue goals and high standards of the organization.

All too often it is the administrative / support staff that are required to "step-in" to accomplish credentialing and provider enrollment needs of their organizations to meet necessary deadlines or capture revenue that would otherwise be lost, while still managing a wide variety of other responsibilities.

We are here to assist you and / or your staff to lighten the load so that you can be confident that you will continue to maintain excellence for your organization and accomplish your revenue initiatives!





What We Do




ORGANIZE

CAS works to create a seamless and organized approach to credentialing and payer enrollment so that our clients can breathe a little easier knowing they have a confidential and professional liaison that works tirelessly on their behalf to help them maintain and/or achieve accreditation standards and revenue goals.

 

COMMUNICATE

We will work directly with your staff and the various Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs), Private Payers, Medicare, Medicaid, and more in order to accomplish and follow through on your credentialing and / or provider enrollment needs.


 

FOLLOW UP

Our continuous follow-up processes and exceptional communication with credentialing and payer enrollment allows our focus and loyalty to remain solidly with our clients to assist them in maintaining accreditation standards and revenue goals set by their organization in the ever-changing business of healthcare in the United States.

Sheila (SJ) Hunt
Chief Executive Officer

Sheila founded CAS in 2003, driven by her passion for credentialing and payer enrollment and a deep commitment to ensuring patient access to healthcare, especially in rural and underserved communities. She is instrumental in crafting and implementing the company's long-term visions, guiding CAS toward sustained success and impact.

 


Adam Swain
President

Adam joined CAS in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. His adeptness at organizing information, streamlining operations, managing staff, and overseeing finances, coupled with his dedication to the business, propelled him into progressively higher positions within the company. Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2016, Adam has since advanced to President as of 2023, serving as the trusted right arm to the Chief Executive Officer.

 


Nikki Swain
Chief Operating Officer

Nikki joined CAS in 2013, bringing with her a strong aptitude for communication, a focus on efficient and effective workflows and processes, and a talent for organizing and managing staff. Her dedication to the business quickly established her as an invaluable asset to the team. Recognizing her contributions, CAS promoted Nikki to Director of Operations in 2016, and she has been serving as Chief Operating Officer since 2023.
